Sloan graduated from NC State University with a BA in Communications. Having spent her entire career dedicated to keeping studios of various sizes running smoothly, she has developed a passion for a hands-on approach to coordinating a small scale operation like Thread. Sloan loves being able to organize and problem solve with a team of like-minded creatives and there’s none better to get your project planned, organized and executed.

When she’s not hitting it out of the park at the studio, Sloan loves sports and hopes to eventually attend every major championship sporting event in the US. She can be spotted often relaxing at Ocean Isle Beach, NC with the fam or spending free time crafting and painting at home in High Point. She’s also the proud wife of Stan Dodson and mother to her son, Corbin, daughter, Carmen and sweet dog baby Chloe.
